FetchDue — unbilled work and overdue payments in one place
You finished the work. Some of it never got an invoice. Some invoices sit unpaid.
FetchDue pulls delivered work into one place, helps you prepare an invoice draft when the scope is clear, and schedules polite reminders inside your sending hours. Proposed replies wait for your review before they go out.

Plans today: Recovery (no fixed subscription; 10% on eligible recoveries) or Pro ($29/month or $290/year). Unbilled estimates never generate a recovery fee.

The two pricing models imply two different jobs for the product: ongoing billing workflow vs. recovering money that would otherwise be lost. Have early users shown which of those they actually value enough to pay for?
Good question — they are two different jobs.
Honest status: we don’t have enough paying strangers yet to call a winner. What we’re hearing in conversations (and designing for) is that Pro is the “keep AR moving every week” job, and Recovery is the “this invoice was going to die” job.
My bet is Pro becomes the steady habit once QB/Xero connect is boringly reliable; Recovery stays the wedge for people who only show up when cash is already late. If one side clearly converts first, we’ll kill or demote the other instead of keeping both forever.
That distinction between the steady workflow and the recovery wedge is interesting. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?

I don’t think Indie Hackers has DMs. What’s the best email to reach you on?
