Make client management the easiest part of running your agen
Hi Indie Hackers. I’m Alex, founder of Fiive. Fiive came out of working with agencies where client work was spread across email, Slack, docs, and PM tools, and all too often, as agencies scaled, we didn't have a clear, shared picture of what was actually happening with a client. We built Fiive to give agencies and clients a shared workspace to manage the working relationship (requests, tasks, and projects), without forcing either side into each other’s tools or workflows. This is an early release and we’re intentionally keeping it focused. If you run an agency (or work with one), I’d love to hear where or when client work can feel hardest to keep track of. Happy to answer any questions 👋
About
As agencies grow, client work can spread across email, Slack, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and project tools. Requests come in everywhere, and staying on top of everything can require more time and coordination.

Congrats on the early access launch 🚀
What kind of users are you prioritizing first — creators, founders, or teams?
We’re starting with small–mid sized agencies (design, marketing, creative) who manage multiple clients and those who actually manage those relationships (which varies). Can be the founders, account managers, project managers, or even creators like designers who have many clients.
Interesting. What usually triggers the need for a tool like this?
The trigger is usually growth. More clients, more stakeholders, more requests coming in from everywhere, and suddenly there’s no single place to see what’s happening or keep clients aligned. I built Fiive to pull everything into one shared system.
