Hey IHers 👋

Over the last few months, I kept hearing the same complaint from job seekers:

“I spend more time filling out applications than actually preparing for interviews.”

I’ve felt that pain myself — copying the same data into LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, Google Forms… over and over. Hours wasted, energy drained.

So, I built Fillr — an AI-powered Chrome extension that automatically fills out job application forms in seconds.

✅ Works on platforms like LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, and more
✅ Saves 4+ hours every week for active job seekers
✅ No complicated setup — just install, save your profile once, and 1-click apply

Why I built it
I wanted to give job seekers back their time and mental energy. The hiring process is already stressful enough — why make it worse with repetitive form filling?

What’s next

  • Expanding Fillr’s compatibility with more job boards

  • Adding resume-tailoring features with AI

  • Exploring premium features for recruiters and agencies

Would love your feedback — What’s the most frustrating part of applying to jobs for you?

Love this! The time-saving philosophy behind Fillr really resonates with us at Accio. We've tackled the same core problem in procurement - those repetitive, soul-crushing workflows that make high-pressure processes (like sourcing or job hunting) feel infinitely harder than they need to be.

Your roadmap to expand platform compatibility is exactly where we're headed too! For us, that means integrating with as many e-commerce vendors and procurement channels as possible to eliminate manual cross-platform work.

Excited to see how Fillr evolves - keep pushing that "1-click" vision forward. It's amazing how much friction these "small" inefficiencies create across industries. Cheers from a fellow automation builder! 🚀

Thanks, Joan! 🙌 Totally agree, those 'small' inefficiencies eat up so much time and energy across industries.
Accio looks fantastic too, love how you’re streamlining procurement.
Hopefully, we can team up in the future to build something entirely new and impactful together.

Tell me about it! Those 'small' inefficiencies are such productivity killers (we battled the same demons building Accio's procurement system 😅). What you're doing with Fillr is brilliant - let's definitely stay in touch!

This is a great idea and execution - I can confirm this as someone who has sent a couple of hundred applications for vacancies. It would be great if Fillr AI also supported the Russian-language segment (such platforms as Headhunter)

Thanks for the feedback. We have added this to our tasklist.

This seems like a really good idea Priyanshu , I was actually thinking about a similar idea myself , would like to know more about your development process and how you launched it !

Seems like a great companion. Yeah job applications are tedious especially the older systems

    1. 1

otally agree — some of those older systems feel like they were built before the internet 😂 Fillr’s goal is to make even those painful ones bearable. Appreciate the kind words! 🙌

job seekers everywhere are gonna love this...

That’s the plan! 🚀 Saving job seekers hours, one click at a time.

Hey! I’m also working on my own app right now (still a solo founder, below 18). I’m stuck with figuring out monetization and updates on a tight budget. Your post gave me some ideas — could I ask you a couple of questions about how you managed app launch, updates, monetization etc. eagerly waiting for your reply.

    1. 1

That’s awesome, Yash! 🚀 I’d be happy to share my learnings, launch & monetization tips.

Hi, Example: I want to apply to 2 jobs is frontend dev and backend dev, so can this tool generate submissions for each job?

    1. 1

Yep! You can save multiple versions of your profile and choose the one you want when applying. So your frontend apps can highlight UI skills, and backend ones can focus on APIs & databases — all in a click.

A chronic job finder needs it because longer details need to be filled on the direct company's job portal, Bright Idea and curious too see its more awareness to the masses.

    1. 1

Exactly! A lot of people still think applying online has to be a slow, manual process. My plan is to push Fillr out to job-seeker communities and career platforms so more people can save time.

This hits so close to home.

When I was job hunting, it felt like 80% of my time was spent copy-pasting the same info into slightly different forms. By the time I got to the actual interview prep, I was already drained.

I like that you’re focusing on removing friction from a process that’s already emotionally exhausting. Curious — does Fillr also handle those “upload resume and fill in the same fields manually” situations, or is that still a work in progress?

    1. 1

Oh yes, the classic “upload resume but type it all again” torture 😅 Fillr auto-fills those repetitive fields too — even when the system ignores your resume upload. Still improving it for trickier portals though.

  10. 2

    This sounds really very handy.

    1. 1

Thanks, Bexster! 🙌 The goal is to make job hunting a little less exhausting and a lot more efficient.

i really like the landing page.

Thanks, Rick! 🙌 Glad you like it. If you have any feedback, I’m all ears!

Pretty cool. Besides, I always want an agency who can find me a highly suitable job and work for me day and night. I'll try it when I need a new job.

Totally get the ‘job genie’ dream — who wouldn’t want that 24/7 hustle squad? Until then, Fillr’s here to save you hours on those annoying forms whenever you’re ready to try

Nice product, congrats on the launch. Curious what channels you’re currently using to get users?

About

I built Fillr after experiencing the frustration of applying to dozens of jobs and filling the same tedious form fields over and over. Job seekers waste hours every week repeating their work across job platforms.
