I built FIP.AI, an AI-powered investing app that helps retail investors find undervalued stocks — fast.
At 19 (now 22), after years of manual stock picking and painful analysis, I decided to automate the process. The result:
A feed that works like Instagram for stocks
AI that explains financial statements in plain language
Smart valuation models combining fundamentals, sentiment, and machine learning
Launched with $0 in marketing — just organic sharing. Users could share stock cards with blurred data and “Download on App Store” links. Within 2 months, over 10,000 people joined.
Today, FIP.AI charges $7/month and is preparing for a czk 500k (20k usd) seed round.
Lesson learned: Great marketing can’t fix a bad product. Build something people actually need, then make it go viral.
