fireAlert.app
Manage wildfire risk at the urban-wildland interface
Based on feedback from other Indie Hackers I updated the landing page for https://fireAlert.app. Also, I clarified the plans being offered and updated the calls to action.
I am hoping the changes will improve conversion from curious to customer.
Here are some build in public numbers for @fireAlert_app
Launched publicly mid-July.
There are a total 21 members
12 early non-paying users w/full access
9 non-paying users w/limited access
0 paying users w/full access
I am still working to understand product market fit.

This weekend, I updated the dashboard with a few enhancements to improve visualization of wildfire perimeters and satellite detected hots spots.
I also adjusted the monthly and annual subscription fee.

Last Spring, I had 13 friends, family, and associate users on fireAlert.app in a closed beta.
This summer I added 6 MailChimp/Social Media sign-ups (5 users that I don't know, 1 I know).
One person I don't know signed-up this weekend.
I am still looking for ways to convert users to the paid plan. The closed beta friends, family's, and associates are on a complimentary plan.
I am not sure if I am making the value proposition clear yet.
