I have no idea how my first customer found my Gumroad profile.
I made the first sale with some basic copywriting.
Lesson learned: I spend some time on building a website + a Gumroad profile + the Figma template
It was a bad idea.
As @xavier said, I should focus on the Gumroad page to acquire users
I acquired my first 500 users with the Community Ressources on Figma.
I spend some time on:
- Good copywriting with SEO friendly description
- Adding some tags
- Nice thumbnail of the product
- Official App Store and Google Play logo
The template is published as a demo version.
I am working as a freelance React Native Developer.
Releasing a mobile application to the Android and iOS Store is a skill by itself.
You can spend literally hours in the screenshot creation and when it comes to adding them to the store, you need to rework it because a new iPhone is just released and the screenshot sizes changed.
That's why I started FigmaToStore.

Interesting. We've had more success creating a landing page which spawned the Gumroad modal on the site to increase conversions.
What are you selling?
All the best with it.
For now, just a UI kit on Figma.
As an up-sale, I am thinking of the UI kit + a private coaching session to give some advice for growth hacking on the stores.
