After talking to partners at different small/medium law firms, I realised that an efficient client feedback tool may be very useful to many of them.

Some were still sending physical letters to collect client feedback.

Over the last 14 days, I have been developing the idea and working out ways to deploy an automated client feedback tool.

As a no-code founder, this has been more difficult than it would be for some others!
