FitFeed
FitFeed is your personal trainer working only for you
😎Now I'm ready to get my product vetted and optimize my landing page to get way more input, feedback and actual user data to train the models better.
👀Manual checks:
I also decided to do manual checks on every workout that's being created to see if there are any edge-cases I have not thought of. So my personal trainer and colleagues have volunteered to do some checks as well.
✨Excitement:
I can't wait to see what people are working out on and how my model performs.
Even more excited about the feedback that will roll in during that time.
I'll keep you posted.

After millions of data runs I was pretty confident that I could try it out on actual testers.
So I gathered athletes, professional medical professionals, and regular fitness enthusiast to try it out for 4 weeks.
I received nothing but positive feedback, occasionally some feedback on the UI/UX but the product worked out exactly how they wanted and needed it.
I then did the ultimative test and compared the curated workouts to the on my personal trainer selected for me and what can I say? It was astonishing to see how similar they were, some workouts were exactly the same to the point, even taking my limitations on my knees into consideration.
That's when I truly knew: This could really help people out.

I have a professional background in development, SaaS, StartUps and Cybersecurity. But on the personal side of my life I have always been a sports person, thanks to my dad who always supported me on my sports journey.
A few years back while training for a professional event I hired a personal trainer to accelerate my results. And it blew me away. His focus and attention to detail an curated workouts helped me progress much faster and I not only succeeded in that event but broke my personal records in any discipline.
So I kept him as my personal trainer and we've been working together for years. But a while back, he moved away and I needed to figure out, how to keep my progress going remotely. I started manual workout lists that he then kept up to date, which worked out perfectly fine so there was no need of actual being present as a personal trainer.
The head part:
So an idea formed in my head. We can enable this for everyone everywhere.
But of course it is expensive to hire a personal trainer and not everyone has access to good ones as well. So I wanted to build a product that not only curates some workouts for you, but actually takes the person's abilities and limitations in consideration when building this product.
The paper part:
I started conversing with my personal trainer and trusted colleagues of him as well as professional athletes and physical therapists. I came up with proven and try and error formulas on how to build a product that can curate workouts exactly for the person requesting it, taking all the info that person provides into consideration.
The code part:
When ML models and AI came into play I started utilizing these to train my own model on becoming the optimal personal trainer for any customer. It doesn't work trying to create THE BEST PT; every person needs their own that stays within it's constraints.
And that is what I did.

I've always been amazed how much value a personal trainer brings. But of course good PTs are expensive, rare & not always available. Here FitFeed comes in. To enable people to reach their goals easy and affordable.
