Why I built fitness by solved.
I kept noticing the same pattern — people who genuinely want to look after themselves but keep stopping because the programmes are too long, too complicated, or require a gym they'll never go to.
The fitness industry is built for people who are already fit. fitness by solved. is built for everyone else.
Two guides live: The Daily 10 (10-minute daily mobility, $9) and The Body 20 (20-minute bodyweight training, $12). More coming.
About
Most fitness content ignores the people who need it most — busy professionals, desk workers and parents who can't commit to an hour in the gym. fitness by solved. is built around the minimum effective dose.

This is a clean angle because the target customer is not really “people who want fitness.”
It is people who already feel like fitness keeps asking too much from them: too much time, too much equipment, too much intensity, too much identity shift.
The “built for everyone else” line is probably the strongest part. I’d make that the main frame.
For the guides, I’d be careful not to sell them as workouts first. Sell them as the easiest way to restart without feeling like you’re entering the fitness industry.
Something like: 10 minutes a day for people who have fallen out of fitness and do not want another unrealistic programme.
That feels more emotionally specific than just mobility or bodyweight training.
