December 7, 2020 Reached 75 paying users and $1k MRR

It's been a while since updating but figure 75 is a good number for a milestone.

75 paying users
61 trial users
$1,012 MRR

Have gained a lot of good feedback this year and will continue to roll out some features bigger features in the coming year.

November 22, 2019 20 paying customers!

Heroku requires 100 beta users before you can charge customers so even though the service has just under 300 users, I'm happy to finally hit 20 paying customers.
As always seems to be the case it's been a little over two years since starting this project that it's really growing.

    Congrats!!

Would you mind sharing more info about them requiring 100 beta users before you can charging? I hadn't heard that before, but I also use Heroku so wondering if thats something I will also run into. Thanks!

Yeah, to get a heroku-addon to "general availability" you need to have 100 beta users. I understand the rational - so they don't have a bunch of half-baked addons charging people, but it still takes time.

      Hope that helps.

Thank you! I misunderstood initially, I didn't realize that only applies if you're making a Heroku add-on. Sorry about that, but thats for clarifying regardless.

October 22, 2017 Finished MVP

Took a while but application finally up and running and able to sync formations on heroku. Built with Elixir as also a learning experience using the phoenix framework. Elixir worked well for this design since OTP allows an easy way to monitor and manage all the different user applications.

About

Built this so people can have greater resources for their heroku application during the day for 9-5 type B2B services. Higher performance and same (or lower) cost since you can scale down at night.
