Flouie
Turn overthinking into clarity and self-discovery
I’ve always had a problem with an overactive brain.
Whenever I get stressed or have too much on my plate, I open Apple Notes, type a frantic paragraph at midnight, close the app, and never read it again.
I tried "real" journaling apps, but they all felt annoying. They push daily streak reminders on you, give you cheesy motivational quotes, or expect you to write a neat diary entry every morning. That just adds more pressure.
So I spent the last few weeks building Flouie (flouie.vercel.app).
The whole point is to give you a private place to brain-dump whenever you need to. You just type whatever mess is in your head, and over time it helps you notice the patterns—like what actually triggers your stress or what keeps coming up week after week. No streaks, no guilt if you don't open it for a week.
Built it with Next.js and Supabase.
I’d love to know how you guys handle clearing your head when you're overwhelmed, and if you test out the app, let me know what feels off or missing.
