Reached 3 enterprise paying customers

Taking a moment to celebrate 3 paying enterprising customers. It has been a slow & long journey to reach this milestone. We're now aiming to launch publicly & start working on the marketing of the product. The next goal is to grow 100% in the next couple of months.

Congrats. How did you go about finding/ closing them? Was the sales process long/ require custom dev?

      Thanks.

For finding leads I used my first customer's network to figure out whom I can pitch. Yes, the sales cycle is long in my niche, I've to convince a lot of stakeholders for moving forward.

There are usually requests for custom dev to which I've to filter and figure out which ones will be best for the scope of my problem set. I usually remind my customers "This is a schedule management software, it will not solve your accounting/[other custom problems] as of now". I try to stick to doing one thing well.

    Way to go! Congratulations!
