What I learned building it

The hardest part was resisting the urge to add complexity. Every time I wanted to add a feature, I asked: would a bakery owner with zero finance knowledge use this? If the answer was no, I cut it.

Simple won.

Where I am now

Just launched. Working on SEO, getting listed on directories, and writing content for small business owners who need cash flow help but can't afford a CFO.
