Your life as an RPG: missions, habits, XP & streaks

December 11, 1991 I built a free life OS that treats your day like an RPG — here's what I learned

I got tired of productivity apps that made me feel busy but not actually winning.

So I built FlowMyLife — a personal OS for your real life, where your day works like an RPG.

How it works:

Daily Missions: You pick 1-3 non-negotiables every day. Complete them = you win the day. Simple, clear, powerful.

Habit Streaks: Each habit has its own streak. Break it, and it resets. No grace days — this makes the streak actually meaningful.

XP + Levels: Every completed mission and habit gives you XP. The level curve gets steeper over time — Level 10 requires months of real consistency, not just a good week.

Flow %: A daily indicator of how much of your potential you actually activated. Not tasks completed — potential activated.

Goals + Milestones: Long-term goals broken into milestones, each with XP rewards.

What surprised me building this:

People don't lack information about what to do. They lack a system that makes doing it feel meaningful. Gamification — when done right — isn't about making things "fun." It's about making progress visible and real.

The app is 100% free. I built this because I needed it. If you find value in it, there's an optional buy-me-a-coffee.

Would love feedback from this community. What would make a gamified life OS actually stick for you?
