Flowoid
NoCode Workflow Automation
Last week I started sending follow-up emails to new users to ask them if they needed any help. These emails have better than expected results. So, I decided to automate them.
After a user signs up, it should receive a welcome email from no-reply@ and a follow-up email after 24 hours from my personal company email.
Flowoid is a No-Code automation platform which is the perfect solution for tackling this problem.
I use Amazon SES to send emails. So my new automated workflow is a webhook trigger, followed by the Sleep utility (to wait 24 hours), and then the Amazon SES integration to send emails.
This is the resulting workflow:

It took me 5 minutes to set it up. I will share numbers on how this will end up improving conversion rates after I gathered more data.
Thanks for reading,
We launched Flowoid beta this week. Today I was so excited to see our first "real" user. I'm saying real, because I'm not talking about people who I personally recommended the service or users who just signup. We had our first user who created a workflow and it's really using the service 🙌
The user found us on Twitter, which until now is the channel that is working best.
Do you have any suggestions on growth channels that a early-stage startup can try?

The day has arrived and the doors of Flowoid were opened.
We started sharing the news in our social media accounts, although they don't have enough followers yet, but we had a few sign ups.
We are going to continue sharing Flowoid on different platforms as we start to receive useful feedback and we learn more about our customers and possible channels.
We are making the platform free while on beta, but we published our intended price model, so customers can know if it's a good long-term fit for them.

After 2.5 months working on Flowoid, the minimum viable product is ready. The platform is not nearly as complete as I'd like, but things are working. The next steps are to focus in adding new integrations, improving usability and talking with customers.
The platform will be free while in beta, a likely pricing model after beta will be 1,000 ops/month for free plans and 20,000 for a $19/mo plan.

Pretty cool product and feature!, May I know which stack are you using to build this product?
Hey, thanks for checking it out.
I used a microservice architecture with Nestjs, MongoDB and Redis on the backend and Next on the frontend.
Services are managed with Docker and Kubernetes and deployed with AWS Code Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
