A few days ago I've got an email from New York.
It was about a 70-80% done Webflow project, and the guy had to look for a developer who could finish the project.
He said that he is interested in the Full-day (8 hours) plan for $800 so let's talk about that, he also booked a meeting with Tidycal.

So we did the kick-off and a day after this I started the job. 8 hours of focused work only on his project. It went well, there were left some todos, yet so currently, we have an hourly rate contract.

In this post, I'll give a short story about how FluidGO started.
My idea came from two sources.
As I mentioned I work with startups. I know that they have problems with resources like design. It is a really waving field of the jobs. Sometimes you need a design team sometimes you don't even need a full-time employee.
Fluid is a boutique digital agency that creates custom websites for IT companies and Startups. Since website and design maintenance comes up very often after closing a project, I wanted to create a monthly subscription model.

FluidGO is a solution for this problem. It's fast and plug-n-play for startups, agencies, and enterprises too. The idea is not new. There are several productized design services on the market.

I started to write my strengths and value propositions and I've made a landing page in Figma and sent it to some relevant clients from my current client base. I gathered some feedback and made some updates on my page.
I don't want to make the perfect version of the communication/pricing or website. I want to go live and find my first clients, and after this, I can tune my design subscription service.

Tools I used 🛠
I created the page in Webflow. No unique domains, just want to validate. I refined my copy with an AI copywriter app called Rytr. It's weird but it works in most cases.
I used a very cool free form builder for the connection page: Tally.so. You can edit your form like a doc. You got the variables, Notion integration, and different editing and sharing method for free. I highly recommend Tally. I bought lifetime Tidycal on AppSumo for $29. It's a perfect alternative for Calendly. Works buttery smooth and cheaper.

So everything is ready to launch! 💪 It can be a big success and also a big fail... 😀
I decided to post the FluidGO page to a couple of Reddit groups and also create a Product Hunt campaign to find my first clients. I have no idea how it will go, but I feel like I should give it a try.

Goals 🚀

1. I'd like to find my first clients to gather feedback about the expectations.
2. I also want to refine my ClickUp workflow. Client onboarding, requests handling and delivery.
