Fluxy

I learned that the MVP should've include much less funciontality to get valuable early feedback that we are getting now. I had to sit down with the owners and express my concern about changing the mvp constantly without ever releasing to the actual users, until we were able to come to an agreement about what an mvp is and how we were going to continue developing features for them.

After several months of training interns are able to program by themselves and it is more the features they are delivering than the time invested in training them. It was a looong and painful job, but with patience and encouragement (and ultimately great hires) this program is set to work as intended.

I had previous experience working with programmer interns and I actually had a success running an internship program for a big ERP company from the US. With that experience I thought we could replicate that for Fluxy and we went for it we hired 4 guys and develop an internship program to have them "productive" in 3 months.

On the company I co-own (traditional distribution business), we have many challenges, we constantly received complaints from customers and employees about the lack of communication about the current status of all the orders we process. After several pitches I convinced my partners we needed to invest time on this project. This happened after trying about 20 different task management apps and none were able to work as we wanted to.
