Form Monitor
Daily form and email checks for WordPress Contact Form 7
A website can load normally while its enquiry form fails. Form Monitor is an early pilot for people maintaining WordPress sites.
It submits a standard Contact Form 7 form, waits for its matching test email, and sends incident/recovery alerts. A real WordPress submission and external email receipt have passed our integration check.
Setup checks are free. After verifying website control, passing a form check and confirming an alert, you can subscribe for $9 USD/month for up to three sites and enable daily monitoring.
Limits: standard forms only; CAPTCHA and custom fields may prevent checks. Receipt at the test mailbox does not prove delivery to your usual inbox. Hosting currently runs on an operator computer through a temporary URL, so uptime is not guaranteed.
Built with AI assistance. This is an early product, not a claim of proven customer results. Details and setup are at the link below.

The technical path is validated, but the buying signal seems more important now. Have any site owners actually paid for ongoing monitoring because a missed enquiry is costly enough to justify $9/month?
