I've built an MVP. Now what? 😵‍💫

Let's talk about the elephant in the room here.

I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to marketing, selling, or even finding my first user for a SaaS product.

Don't get me wrong, I know exactly what I'm doing when it comes to building a SaaS product. I've been doing it at small, medium and enterprise companies for the best part of 10 years.

I've built countless of my own side projects.

I just always stop when I finish the v1.

I never actually cross the bridge to "finding your first customer". There's a group of them waving at me at the other end of the bridge, but I never actually step foot on the bridge.

I just pause, wave back at them, and walk away. 👋 🚶

I'm not going to do that this time. This time, I'm going to:

  1. Spend as much time trying to market my product as I have done building it.
  2. I'm going to write it all down in my blog: https://formflow.co/blog

This is day 1. I have an MVP ready to sell.

Let's see what happens!

Oh, and by the way I'm building a product called FormFlow. It creates surveys in seconds using AI.
