Built FormFlow — turns any Google Form into a self-organizing tracker
Quick backstory: I kept losing track of Google Form responses — leads, bug reports, RSVPs, whatever — because Sheets just dumps rows with no status or urgency signal. So I built FormFlow, a small Apps Script kit you paste into any Form-linked Sheet:
- auto-tags Status (New/In Progress/Done) and Priority (High/Normal, keyword-based)
- instant email notification per response, urgent ones flagged
- live dashboard tab, no manual pivot tables
- 10-min setup, runs in your own Google account, no subscriptions, no third-party servers
Launched it on Gumroad at $9 (one-time). This is day one — zero sales so far, curious what people think of the positioning and whether $9 one-time feels right for something like this vs. a higher price with updates included.

The workflow pain is clear, but with zero sales the important question seems to be whether people actually value the dedicated layer over a few Sheets tweaks. Have any potential users tried FormFlow and said they would replace their current setup with it, or is that still untested?
