Ongoing design support without the agency overhead

May 28, 2026 Nobody tells real estate firms this — but the brand is part of the product.

Real estate firms build beautiful properties. Then hand out brochures that don't match.

I noticed this a lot.

A company selling high-end properties — but their logo looks like a free download, their deck has three different fonts, and their Instagram looks like an afterthought.

The work they do is serious. The brand doesn't show it.

And here's the thing about real estate — people are making big financial decisions. Before they visit a site, before they take a meeting, they've already judged you by how you look. If the brand feels off, the trust isn't there.

That's what got me started on Formstate.

I built it for real estate brands that are doing great work but don't have the design support to show it properly.

It works on a monthly subscription. You get a dedicated design partner — someone handling your branding, marketing materials, social content, whatever you need — without hiring full-time or chasing freelancers every time you need something done.

Just a clean, organised process. Ongoing support. Work that actually looks like your business.

I'm Nancy. I've been doing brand and design work for real estate clients for a while now, and at some point it just made sense to build something focused specifically on this problem.

This is my first post on here. Early days, but I'm excited about it.

If you're in real estate or know someone who is, come take a look.

This is a sharp niche because real estate is one of those categories where brand perception directly affects trust before anyone speaks to a sales team.

The strongest part of the positioning is that you are not selling “design services.” You are helping serious real estate firms make their first impression match the value of the properties they are already building. That is a much stronger frame than brochures, social posts, or monthly design tasks.

One thing I’d pressure-test early is the brand layer for your own product. Formstate is clean, but since you are selling premium trust and visual credibility to real estate firms, your own name and domain have to feel as polished as the outcome you promise clients.

Auryxa .com would fit this direction well as a premium real estate branding and design partner. It feels more elevated, more ownable, and more aligned with high-value property brands than a temporary Framer-style launch setup.

The offer is already about helping real estate companies look as serious as they are. Your own brand should create that same trust before a prospect even reads the subscription details.

I kept seeing impressive real estate firms with branding that didn't match. Formstate fixes that — a monthly design partner helping real estate brands look as serious as they are.
