Formzz

Capture leads with forms, chatbot and scheduling

April 16, 2026 I got tired of stitching tools together, so I built one

I’ve been a builder my whole career, but this is the first time I’ve gone fully solo. The idea came from doing the same setup again and again. Every site had a form tool, a chat tool, and something for scheduling. Each one worked fine on its own, but getting them to work together always turned into extra code, random integrations, or manual work.

A lead comes in, then someone has to read it, reply, send a calendar link, and figure out who should take it. Context gets lost between tools. Sometimes the follow-up is quick, sometimes it takes hours. It depends on who’s around and how busy they are. The process never really felt consistent.

After running into this enough times, I stopped thinking about which tools to use and started thinking about the flow itself. Someone lands on a site, asks a question or fills something out, gets what they need, and moves forward. That whole path should feel simple.

So I started building something around that idea. Nights and weekends at first, then eventually full time. It’s still early and rough in places, but I think it solves a real need.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like to try it or want more info.

About

Built Formzz because I had to stitch together forms, chat, scheduling, and CRM tools just to capture leads. It was messy and broke often. Formzz puts it all in one product.
