virality and already having an audience aside, it takes a while to find the right marketing channels - if you ever do.

Foundation is a library of great writing that mostly focuses on startups. i suspect that X/Twitter is a channel for me and i'm just getting to find the corner of what feels natural and what could work.

each day, i'm posting a screenshot from an essay to try and drive traffic.

we'll see!

i've been working on how to create a delightful experience for reading great writing, centered around the library card.

it's going to be the anchor on Foundation and i've taken the first step in making it interesting: share your library card.

starting small, trying to grow, then iterating.

there's a tension between something useful and something aesthetically pleasing to use.

i'm building a library of great writing from thinkers/doers in (mostly) tech. i have a suspicion and UX are going to be very important.

i've got 57 (i think) curated blogs from (mostly) founders you've heard of. now that i've launched my MVP, i'm remembering that i've gotta get back to the main thing and curate lots more unique authors and blogs/essays.
