Building something I truly believe in has helped breathe life into my dry bones.

A lot of us have worked 9-to-5 jobs under those fluorescent lights and in those oh so tight cubicles. We are told working from home is bad by people who are rarely in the office themselves.

We have to worry about when our next pay raise is, layoffs, arriving on time, and potentially staying late.

Office life is where dreams go to die.

I needed a release—a cathartic release.

That’s why I initially built Founder Folks.

As time went on, I realized I needed people—their thoughts, experiences, ideas, processes, feedback, and overall connection.

People make the entrepreneurial world go round.

This project is about shared experiences, the realities of starting a business, and the success or failure that can come with it.

It’s case studies, revenue database, and insights.

It’s also about building a new community of founders, helping each other, and rooting for one another.

It’s not perfect but it’s mine. It’s ours. After all, we need each other.
