Foundergiant
Website for finding cofounders and joining existing startups
Hit 300 members on my cofounder-finding platform, Foundergiant.
It's good to see the community grow but the growth is slower than I would like it to be. What's promising is that the site has started to rank better on Google. The average position for the term "find a cofounder" is around 50, a significant improvement from 60+ just a month before. Some more SEO is in order.
Three months later Foundergiant has 200+ members while keeping advertising costs at a minimum. Members are interacting with each other and around 50% of them use the site on a regular basis. I have too many ideas to implement and not enough time but this is getting exciting.

After three months of intense coding, Foundergiant is finally live. Many features I have planned haven't made it into the first release but there is no rush. Development will be ongoing for the foreseeable future. A few social media posts should take care of getting some traffic.

Started coding while thinking about hosting solutions, bearing in mind scalability expecting the product takes off. I decided to self host on two beefy servers. I'm following a no zero days principle meaning I work on the project every day, no matter what.
