It was not one thing that led us to this. But the most common thing among all our efforts was to go talk about FounderCareers in any online forums available. Few takeaways:

Built using no-code tools, we launched the first version of Founders.Careers. From idea to MVP and talking to users for early feedback, it has taken us 7 days to launch. Now, recruiters looking for ex-founders to join their teams can signup for early access and also founders can apply to get hired by great companies.

Being part of the startup network for a few years now, I have noticed that when a founder quits his startup / has a nonsuccessful exit finding the next full-time opportunity becomes a challenge. I experienced this myself after my startup was shut down. The chances of an ex-founder getting hired are directly proportional to the network he/she has built.
