Build products or become admin. Pick one.
You know those moments of "just one more thing to fix, one more thing to add". I promised myself I would push it all to live in early Sept but RL takes over and things get delayed.
This is the NO MORE moment, the moment of no return. Tides goes up and down!

Here's why: Admin work is time away from finding PMF. That's it.

You start Monday pumped: build this feature, ship that update, talk to 20 customers.
By noon you've searched through QuickBooks for numbers, reviewed payroll, and chased three people for KPI updates.
As you grow, the entropy accelerates.

Everything integrated. One dashboard. Financial reporting, cap tables, team ops, investor updatesโall automated.
Build products instead of playing COFO (CFO + COO).

Hey fellow founders! I'm building Foundersboxx because I got tired of spending my time running behind admin tasks and clicking between tools.
As the Ops guy in a YC startup with 35 people I was drowning in tools. Employee info was in one system, finances in another, cap table somewhere else, and putting together investor updates meant pulling data from five different places.
So I built what I needed - one dashboard that handles team management, financial tracking, and investor updates in one place. Nothing fancy, just bringing all the operational stuff together so I could spend less time on admin and more time actually building.
What admin tasks are stealing your time? What operational headaches do you wish would just go away?
I'm launching in April and taking waitlist signups now. Happy to answer questions!

About
I started FoundersBoxx after my third startup because I kept facing the same operational headaches over and over. The fancy tools on the market either did way too much or solved the wrong problems entirely.
