May 5, 2020 Early Access API is on

We build an Early Access list builder (which by the way is a feature inside FoundPad). Users can join the waitlist, start an onboarding survey, and subscribe to the product updates (they're being listed on Product Hunt goals). We might consider adding the options to follow IH milestones as well.

April 8, 2020 Coming back and adapting

We resumed working on FoundPad after we were able to sort things out and secure enough funding amidst the crisis for us and our families. Since then we've resumed working non-stop on the product, filtered down the MVP scope even more and we decided to deploy a productized MVP development service as well (To allow Product bootstrapping)

March 2, 2020 First MVP

We deployed our first Landing Page version. Sadly we got slowed down a little bit by the Covid-19 outbreak. We had to pause for a while to focus on our day job to secure revenues. This pause was extremely frustrating but also very revealing in terms of Founders DNA match. The crisis brought the team closer and we even hired our first employee to help with copywriting and content creation.

Eventually, we organized the features set to know precisely what we're going to ship on our BETA

Ran multiple sets of users' calls and sent users surveys to explore a couple of hypotheses. I had validation on one of them. Moving forward Solution proposals. I tried not to be too leading when talking to my potential users. Eventually, I figured how hard this task was. We all know that's it's a crucial step to do, in order to not launch a product with no market need (Number one reason for startups failure)
