I’m building Fragment because modern tools still treat thinking as flat text.

But real thinking has structure: assumptions, context, flows, goals, and boundaries.

Fragment is an AI-native notebook that lets you write:

• normal Markdown for your main thoughts

• YAML for assumptions, intentions, and “thinking settings”

• small Scene/Flow diagrams for relationships and processes

All in one place — readable by both humans and AI.

I’m building this solo (design, backend, frontend, protocol design, everything).
