Frameboard

AI proposals clients can chat in, sign, and pay on one link

June 2, 2026 I built an AI proposal tool after watching salespeople cut others in on deals just to get a decent-looking proposal

Working in sales, I noticed the best closers were giving away a cut of their deals just to get someone to make them a good-looking proposal. Everyone else was sending text-based emails or, for bigger deals, commissioning a PDF in PowerPoint.

I built Frameboard so any salesperson can create a designer-quality proposal in minutes using AI. The client gets a live link where they can browse it, message you inside it, sign, and pay - instead of a dead PDF.

Free to try, no card required: https://myframeboard.app

Would love feedback from this community.

This is a strong pain because it is not really about “making proposals look nice.”

The deeper problem is that weak proposals slow down deals. They make the salesperson look less credible, create extra back-and-forth, and give the buyer a dead PDF when the next step should be obvious.

I’d probably position Frameboard less as an AI proposal maker and more as a live deal page for salespeople.

    The strongest angle might be:

“Turn a proposal into a client-ready deal page they can review, message on, sign, and pay from.”

That feels more valuable than “designer-quality proposal,” because it connects directly to closing, not just presentation.

The first buyer segment I’d test is probably solo sales consultants, agencies, or small B2B service teams who already send custom proposals but do not have a clean close flow after the client says interested.

If useful, I can put together a tighter written version with the best ICP, homepage angle, and first outreach path. Easier to make it useful in writing than crowding the thread.

The best salespeople I know cut others in on deals to get a good proposal. Everyone else sent text emails or a PDF made in PowerPoint. Now any salesperson can create designer-quality proposals in minutes.
