Deliver, review & approve client photos & video in one place
I run WeDoVids, a video production and photography studio. Back in 2018 we were fed up with client delivery: a gallery tool for photos, a separate tool for video review, feedback scattered across email threads, and per-seat invoices from all of them. Nothing was branded as us, and clients needed three logins to see one project.
So we built our own internal tool. It was never meant to be a product — it was just how we shipped work. Eight years and thousands of real deliveries later, other studios kept asking if they could use it too.
This month we opened it up as FrameCourier. What makes it different:
Photo galleries and video review in one place, not two subscriptions
Everything runs under your own brand and domain
Storage-based pricing, no per-seat fees — bring the whole team and every client
An AI assistant ("Ask Milo") that's ingested every video and caption in a project, so clients can ask instead of dig
Free 3GB plan, no card required
The software is battle-tested; selling it is brand new to us. We're a studio that accidentally built a SaaS.
For anyone who's made this jump: how did you handle the support and onboarding load once non-technical customers — not just your own team — started using something you built for yourselves? That's the part I feel least ready for.
framecourier.com if you want to poke at it.
About
We run WeDoVids, a photo and video studio. Delivering client work meant juggling a gallery tool, a separate video tool, and endless feedback emails. So we built our own — FrameCourier.
