When I built freeroomplanner.com earlier this year it was a fun side project. It now gets 450 organic users a day and growing. It's taught me about building an app and growing it via SEO. Next step is to monetise it via a freemium model - enhanced 3D objects for a small fee.

I’m curious what you’ve learned so far about those users — are they mainly coming with a one-time planning need, or are you seeing people return throughout their renovation journey?
Thanks! A bit of both - depending on the use case. I'm ranking page 1 on most room planning terms on Bing, which drives Duck Duck Go and Chatpgt search as well so it's got a constant stream of new users.

I’d be curious what you’re seeing after that first visit — are returning users mainly coming back to continue a renovation project, or are most visits still separate one-off planning sessions?
