We've built a free tool that helps founders model and compare funding scenarios so they can clearly see how different terms affect dilution, valuation, and ownership.

Why? Because raising money is one of the biggest decisions a founder makes, and too often the math behind it feels like a black box. We want to give fellow founders clarity and confidence when navigating their fundraising journey.

Right now, the calculator allows you to upload your cap table and adjust for round assumptions (pre-money valuation, round amount, round date), option pool, and SAFEs. We're looking for early feedback from founders, operators, and anyone who’s gone through fundraising.
