Background:

I kept losing $8K+ in freelance deals because I'd forget to follow up with clients. Not bad work — literally just forgot to send that second email.

Tried spreadsheets, HubSpot, calendar reminders. Nothing stuck.

What I built:

A dead-simple Notion CRM that shows me exactly who needs follow-up TODAY.

Features:

- Revenue Command Center (live metrics)

- Auto-flags clients I haven't contacted in 7+ days

- 7-stage pipeline with probability-weighted forecasting

- Includes 8 follow-up message templates

Results:

Haven't lost a client to poor follow-up in 6 months.

- 0 sales (yet!)
