FRESCON

Frescon was founded in 2007. We started our adventure by providing services for small construction and architectural projects, but after a while, we expanded them to include a full architectural design, BIM modeling, and coordination. After a few years, BIM has become the basis of our services. All our activities are based on many years of technical, and design experience, which is confirmed by a wide group of our clients located in Europe and on other continents.

Frescon is a team of experienced enthusiasts of BIM technology, architecture, as well as marketing and branding, which we actively provide, making our projects complete from A to Z. It is us - as the only Polish company - participating in the largest construction projects in Europe in the field of BIM.

From year to year, we see how our company is developing, gaining more and more new professionals from various industries, and the references of our clients give us the certainty that we provide successfully goal-oriented, profitable, and tailored services to the client's needs.

It's hard for us to believe how fast time flies, and that we already have been on the market for 14 years! Below you can read our many years’ history.

2008: DESIGN AND BUILD CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Representing Irish companies on the Polish market. The beginning of our adventure on the Polish and foreign market, which allowed us to become more recognisable.

2010: FIRST STEPS INTO THE 3D/4D WORLD FOR CONTRACTORS
Provision of 3D / 4D modeling services to main contractors. We started offering 3D / 4D modeling services, which in 2010 was not as popular on the market as it is now.

2011: EMPLOYING OUR FIRST GRADUATE ARCHITECT
Employing our first Graduate Architect. A big step for the company - we learned what it means to be responsible for other people, their financial and personal well-being.

2013: BROADENING OUR BIM SERVICES
Developing BIM services. Commencement of cooperation with main contractors providing BIM modeling and project coordination services throughout Ireland. It was another milestone for Frescon as we decided that BIM would become the basis of our services.

2016: BIM 3D/4D COORDINATION ON LARGE PROJECTS
Getting involved on large projects, along with the start of being recommended by our clients to new prospects. With risk-taking and hours of training, it was a big step forward in terms of new skills and responsibilities. Acquiring more and more new projects was associated with a significant expansion of our team.

2019: NCH ​​STONE CLADDING - PILOT FACADE PROJECT
It is one of the most important projects for us, in the scope of which we made models of prefabricated facade stones. In addition to making the model, each element has been coordinated with other frames, thanks to which the completed elements arrived from the factory ready for assembly.

As you know, there are ups and downs in every story, but Frescon is constantly climbing the ladder of success and nothing looks like we're going back on this path.
