FriendGammon

After months of hard work, FriendGammon is finally live on the app store and google play store. This took months of iterating, testing, and pivoting as we learned that the initial idea needed a few minor adjustments. In the process, I've learned that building the core product is around 20% of the work, and accounting for edge cases makes up the other 80%.

With the app still technically in beta, we've reached 150+ downloads on the app store alone. As we're still fixing software issues and adding features, we haven't done any marketing. Due to backgammon already having a strong following in europe and the US, people are finding the game organically just by searching "backgammon". Hooray!
