Frill
A beautiful customer feedback tool
We've been working hard on features, and sometimes we forget that marketing the product is just as important!
While we're building out features, we put together a Founders Plan... an unlimited lifetime plan for a single payment.
We sent one email to our small database and put out a Facebook post... and then BOOM 💥... the Stripe alerts started hitting hard!
It was pretty exciting to see so many people believe in what we are doing!
More soon!
Wow, it's been a while since we made an announcement here. Lot's has happened. We now have paid plans as well as a Lifetime deal.
The Lifetime deal will never be repeated and costs $99 as a single payment. For that you get an unlimited plan with all our Add-ons.
Since launching the deal we've attracted our first customers and getting loads of feedback.
We're right where we need to be before a big push in a few months. Watch this space!

We've just launched version one of 'Announcements' which is our take on Changelog.
It has a killer text editor and it's fast AF. We're now working on creating a widget so users don't have to leave your app.
But rather than listen to me... read our Announcement! (So meta dude).

A few other things that launched this week…
- Better Mobile View
- Live collision detection on ideas
- Better branding options
...And about 200 small changes to make Frill lightning fast. ⚡️

We have set version one live on curator.io. At the moment we are simply testing how people us the platform while we build out the admin section.
You can also see V1 in action on Curator right here https://curator.frill.co/
I have only responded to a couple of email on our HelpDesk platform, and already I've had someone ask about Frill.
Exciting!

After running another SaaS for the last 3 years (www.curator.io) we always felt a little bit disorganised when it came to user feedback. And had no way of really capturing how much users cared unless they actually wrote to us and told us what they wanted.
A quick scan of the market, and we didn't find anything that suited our needed although there were plenty of people attempting to solve this problem.
Frill was quickly born and the team assembled.

question, did you have an audience prior to launching?
We had about 200 people who signed up to Beta test the product. I found them by posting in Facebook Groups before we had built anything.
