Frost

I’ve hacked together a bare‑bones dashboard for early‑stage founders called Frost. It shows your current runway and burn, lets you tweak simple “what if” sliders (change prices, headcount, costs) to see how they affect your cash, and drafts a basic investor update. It’s nothing fancy - just a very simple MVP at this stage.

If you’ve got a few minutes, I’d love to know:

• Whether it solves any real problem for you

• Which parts, if any, are useful and what’s missing

• What, if anything, you’d pay for a tool that saves time and reduces the stress of tracking numbers
