May 15, 2026 Week 1: 20 stars, 8 forks, and the distribution lesson I didn't see coming

Published a breakdown of week 1 numbers and the distribution lesson that surprised me most — why "your AI asks before it acts" converts better than "permission-first workflow," and why I should have built Reddit karma 3 weeks before launch instead of after.

May 15, 2026 Week 1 update — 20 stars, 8 forks, listed on Awesome Claude Skill

Launched Full Stack HQ publicly last week. A few numbers from the first 7 days:

  • 20 GitHub stars (started at 16 pre-launch)

  • 8 forks

  • 37 clones in 14 days, 22 unique cloners in first 48h

  • v1.0.0 shipped with Claude Code support added to the install script

  • Dev.to article: 21 readers in week 1

  • PR submitted to travisvn/awesome-claude-skills (Collections & Libraries)

Biggest learning so far: the dual-IDE angle (Claude Code + Google Antigravity) resonates more than the permission-first workflow framing. People immediately get "works with both" — they have to think for a second about what "permission-first" means.

Next: building Reddit presence, finishing the r/ClaudeAI launch post once karma clears 50, and exploring whether a lightweight web installer (no curl) would lower friction for non-technical users.

If you're using Claude Code or Antigravity, curious what's in your current CLAUDE.md setup.

May 15, 2026 Launched Full Stack HQ — permission-first CLAUDE.md + agent stack for Claude Code

Just launched Full Stack HQ — a permission-first CLAUDE.md

+ agent stack for Claude Code (and Google Antigravity).

The core problem: AI agents act without asking. They make

assumptions. They take irreversible actions.

The solution: nothing happens without "PLAN APPROVED".

What's inside:

- 10 specialist agents (frontend, backend, database, security...)

- 28 skills (Next.js, NestJS, Prisma, testing...)

- One-command install for Mac, Linux, Windows

Free, MIT: github.com/sabahattink/antigravity-fullstack-hq

Would love feedback from other Claude Code users.

About

AI coding agents are powerful but unpredictable. They start doing things without asking, make assumptions, and take irreversible actions. I built Full Stack HQ to enforce a permission-first workflow — nothing happens
