Welp. I've certainly learned a lot these past two years or so. I've yet to decide if I want to write up a proper post-mortem or not.
Here is a shortlist of what went wrong;

1. Incorporated too early
2. Ignored early red flags, too much optimism
3. Entrenched incumbents too strong, wrong timing, young industry
4. Early team bailed, needed a team
5. Ran out of money, high cost of entry
6. Slow pivot, too slow
7. Burn out
8. Wasted time fundraising without traction
