1/ We’re excited to announce that as of July 2020, we're rebranding into new a name and website. We want to share with you our rationale behind the update and what it represents for our community.

2/ The features in our recent release of 1.4.0 and the upcoming 2.0.0 launch demonstrate our commitment to productize the funding-cycle for founders seeking non-dilutive capital. With that said, we decided to rebrand and recraft our message to embody our vision better.

3/ Not every tech company is a good fit for venture capital, but alternatives can be highly fragmented. Not to mention, finding the optimal alternative can be time-consuming, and choosing the wrong capital partner is expensive.

4/ However, we know the story doesn't end after you find a capital partner. In fact, it's just getting started! Our new name represents the founder's journey through each stage of their funding story — prior, during, and post-funding.
