Trying to validate 3 proptech/homebuying MVP ideas — would love honest feedback from founders 👋
Over the last few months I’ve been exploring problems around the UK homebuying journey and have pivoted a few times based on customer interviews and landing page tests.
One thing that became clear:
People don’t just struggle with finding a home — they struggle with:
understanding mortgages
knowing what to do next
managing the process
planning longer-term affordability
So I’ve narrowed things down to 3 MVP concepts and built a simple voting page to test which resonates most.
The 3 concepts are:

Helps buyers compare mortgages, understand affordability and get AI-powered recommendations in plain English.
2️⃣ AI Home-Buying Assistant
Guides buyers step-by-step through the purchase journey with timelines, next steps, alerts and AI support.
3️⃣ AI-Powered Homeownership Planner
Helps homeowners track affordability, equity growth and plan future property decisions over time.
