Gala: Creativity Welcomed

After finishing our beta, we struggled to get more people to join because of the difficult test flight process. I had to make the decision to launch a month earlier than expected. We also got ads going but we started off buried in the app store. I hired a marketing agency to help with ASO.

We hired a phenomenal engineer who worked hard and fast all March to get us a beta. In the meantime I posted on Reddit and created a landing page to collect signups. A lot of people were interested and once the beta came about we got a good amount of users.
