Galeby
Customer Service A.I. for SaaS
Galeby now has a free version! You can create your templates and access them through a shortcut on Google Chrome.
The app can also get info from your customers directly from your back-end to personalize templates. I need 35 more characters to finish this post.
I’m trying to see if Galeby is actually viable and if people would use that if I release a public version.
For now, I'm only gathering informations, resources and trying to validate the market.
My goal is to fill my "learning board" with informations that will help me establishing a proper strategy. So far, I’ve been trying stuff a bit randomly here and there, but I need to standardize things, make proper hypothesis and verify them.
Stuff I've tried so far:
-
Manual Outreach: Sending a hyper-customized message with a custom demo of the product. I only sent one so far but I didn't get any result from it. It takes 1 day to make all the necessary to produce the personalized message so it's quite long to do.
-
Communities: Tried to post on Facebook groups but the posts were deleted instantly. The Reddit post I made didn't received much traction either
-
Paid ads: Absolute shit show. $25 CPM, bans and no impression seems to be the reality of paid ads nowadays, at least when you start.
Stuff I'll try this week:
- Post in multiple startup directories (Following this)
- Manually outreach more founders of SaaS that have knowledge database / product documentation
- Create free tools that could be helpful for my audience

I just got my first paying customer for my A.I blog writing app, that's great!
The user is now answering my emails tho, so I don't know where did he found the app, but probably from a reddit post or ad.
I'm not even sure he is really using it, but I guess it's a good start anyway!

Answering the same question over and over just annoyed me, so I made an A.I. that can do it.
