Gather Flora is building the future of supply chain infrastructure, starting with one of the most fragmented marketplaces in the world: floriculture. Over the past year, we've shipped core farm-to-florist tools in multiple regional markets, serving 90+ farms and driving over $1M in sales. Now, we’re scaling beyond our proof of concept to build for a global supply network—and we’re hiring our first full-time engineer to help us do it.

About the role

Remote Software Engineer
We’re looking for a thoughtful, hands-on engineer with 5+ years of experience (ideally in small or early-stage teams). You’ll help build greenfield features like:

• Real-time marketplace matching

• Inventory forecasting

• Logistics optimization

• Seamless quoting, payments & traceability infrastructure
