Generative UI
AI-crafted interactive experiences, generated instantly from
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’ve been building something a bit… weird. And ambitious.
It started because I was frustrated by how slow UI building is — even with no-code tools.
So I built GenerativeUI.net → an AI engine that takes any prompt and turns it into a fully interactive app, dashboard, simulation, or learning module — in real time.

Yes, you can literally type:
“Create a dashboard for my website traffic”
or
“Make a quiz about React hooks”
or
“Build a small Python CSV parser tool”
And the system instantly generates a functional interactive UI around that idea.
Why I Built This
For years, I felt building interfaces was stuck in the past.
Static pages. Templates. Drag-and-drop blocks.
All useful, but none of them think.
As indie hackers, we often need quick:
MVP tools
dashboards
interactive demos
teaching modules
micro-apps
internal utilities
But spinning them up takes hours or days.
I wanted something where I can say:
“Give me a small SaaS-style dashboard with charts and filters,”
and boom — it appears.
So Generative UI was born.
What Makes This Different
There are a lot of AI tools out there.
But Generative UI focuses on interactive experiences, not just text or images.
Some things it can do:
1. Real-time UI generation
No templates. No waiting.Interfaces are synthesized from scratch on the fly.
2. Context-aware experiences
A biology lesson shown to a kid looks different from one shown to a researcher.
Same prompt → different UI based on who’s using it.
3. Interactive knowledge modules
Want a physics simulation?
A step-by-step math tutor?
A learning game?
The system generates interactive components automatically.
4. Visual storytelling
Give it an abstract concept → it turns it into a visual narrative or mini-app.
5. Instant apps & dashboards
Charts, tables, forms, logic — all generated dynamically.
For makers, this is insanely useful when you need to:
Validate ideas
Build internal tools
Create teaching content
Produce demos for your SaaS
Generate prototypes for clients
All without coding.
How It Actually Works
I’m not using templates or predefined UI blocks.
It’s more like:
user intent → interpreted → synthesized into an interface → rendered live
Under the hood:
Universal prompt interpretation
Tool orchestration (images, search, data, code)
Quality-refinement pipeline
Adaptive UI rendering engine
This lets the system behave more like a “UI generator agent” than a traditional builder.
Who This Is For
From talking to early users, the people who get the most value are:
Founders validating ideas
Developers prototyping fast
Educators building learning gear
Indie hackers making micro-tools
Designers creating mockups
Content creators producing interactive explainers
If you love building things fast — you’re the target audience.
Try It Here
If you want to experiment, here’s the link:
I’d genuinely love your feedback, ideas, or “this broke lol” reports.
Ask it something wild.
Try creating something no-template builders can’t do.
Break it if you can.
Tell me how I can make it better.
About
Generative UI turns plain prompts into fully interactive, visually rich, purpose-built digital experiences. From dashboards to learning modules and custom apps, it dynamically adapts to each user’s intent, delivering rea

Why I built Vague2Tasks. It turns vague or messy client messages/briefs into clear, structured tasks so scope creep and unpaid revisions stop. Curious — how do you currently handle unclear client briefs?
Your product looks great. I noticed there’s no customer chat yet — I’ve actually been building a small AI-powered one that’s free for now and quick to add. If you're curious, I can send it over.
