After almost five years, our platform has aged a bit. So we take the opportunity during the holidays to re-build it from scratch and update the experience quite a bit.

For the first time, we not only match based on programming languages but also on technologies in general.

After half a year of hard work, we manage to relocate the first programmers to Germany and enable them to start their career here. Initially, we focus on companies in the Stuttgart and Karlsruhe region as we ourselves live there and know the companies ourselves.

Karl and Andreas meet and decide to build a platform that enables programmers to find a job in Germany. After some planning, we initially go live with a wordpress-based job board.

We start by actively finding programmers that match our job ads on Github and reach out to them.
