German Tech Newsletter
Biweekly summary of the big news in German Tech scene
I found it easier and more professional to have my own website instead of the .substack subdomain. I was lucky to have a very cool domain name https://germantech.news
The website offers readers to see past issue and follow me on social media. additionally, it gives me more control over the appearance and allows me to be more dynamic with any changes I want to make, however, everything is still running behind the scenes with substack
I used tools like https://www.indiehackers.com/product/divjoy and https://www.indiehackers.com/product/nocodeapi to build the website in no time.
I was not focused on it much, but recently I decided to put more effort into coming up with a structure template that fits most stories and can be of interest to the readers. I cover "what's happened in the last 2 weeks", " Investments and acquisitions" and "startups worth focusing on" I believe the new format is getting in better shape and can prepare me to start marketing the newsletter and ask people to signup

I did not want to invest much time in development but rather focus on content creation. I chose substack because of the ease of signup and setting it right away.
I registered the substack handle https://germantech.substack.comand released the 1st issue

As a foreigner living in Germany, I wanted to know what is happening in the German tech scene but have no time to go through hundreds of pages and I cant speak proper German, So I founded this newsletter to provide a TLDR style biweekly summary email.
