Climate action doesn't have to cost the Earth
Today we hit our first big milestone: planted 10,000 trees.
This is particularly exciting since I have been focused on building rather than on sales and marketing.
We've been building a web app for the Get Offset and multiple integrations for businesses, which I'm hoping will be ready for launch in the coming month.
Month 1 of Get Offset, we have had the following impact:

🌱 3 tonnes of carbon offset
🌱 5 subscribers
This time last month, the idea of building this had not even crossed my mind. To go from idea to real tangible impact in just a few weeks feels AMAZING!
I am now happy enough with the product MVP to move my focus more onto customer acquisition and brand building, so I'm really excited to see what the future holds.
Admittedly, a couple of these first paying customers are family, but a couple are just people I have connected with via Twitter who really love the idea.
Not bad given that I have barely promoted it at all at this point. Now that the customer dashboard feature is live, I will begin to build out the marketing side of things.
It took a couple weeks, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for Get Offset. It is built out on no code tools (mainly Webflow and Outseta).
Ready and excited to start spreading the word about Get Offset and what we can do for people and planet.
