Remove Background from GIF Online — Keep Every Frame Moving

I'm a solo indie hacker building AdWorker, a suite of free AI image tools for e-commerce sellers and content creators.
The problem: Every background remover out there is built for static images. Drop in a GIF and it either rejects the file, flattens it to one frame, or slaps a watermark on it and asks for $10. I kept seeing people in forums asking "how do I remove background from a GIF?" and the answers were always "use Photoshop" or links to tools that no longer exist (RIP Unscreen).
What I built: A free online GIF background remover that processes every frame individually. It outputs an actual transparent GIF that still moves — no flattening, no watermark, no signup.
Current state: Live and free at Gif Background Remover. Six AI model options, drag-and-drop, clipboard paste, before/after comparisons. Just shipped it and looking for real feedback.

This is actually a very specific problem that I've seen come up multiple times, especially for content creators and e-commerce sellers. Most background removal tools handle static images well, but GIF support is surprisingly limited.
I like that you focused on solving a clear pain point rather than building another generic image editor. Processing every frame while preserving animation is definitely more useful than flattening everything into a single image.
One feature that could be interesting in the future is direct export to formats like WebP or short video clips, since many platforms are moving away from traditional GIFs due to file size and performance considerations.
Out of curiosity, how do the six AI models differ? Are they optimized for different types of content such as products, people, illustrations, or general-purpose background removal?

I have nothing but mad respect for such free AI tools. Tools like these help me a lot in my work. I tried the background remover, and yes, as it is mentioned on the site, GIFs with clear subjects work the best. I tried a complex GIF, and that took a long time to process, and the result was not what I wanted. Great tool though!
